For example, I was at the grocery store checking out my food and the cashier seemed really nice to the man in front of me, but as soon as I came up, she got silent. She ended up not talking to me at all and when she told me the price of my stuff, she muttered it really quietly, so obviously I asked "I'm sorry, what was that?" and then she just yelled it at me in an angry tone.
