My memory is shit my brain is fried, i think my brain blocks out parts of my life that are deemed too negative because i don't even remember all the beatings and bullying i experienced.

My memory is very selective as i already wrote in another topic - normie events are forgotten for the most part, but painful or insignificant events for the normies are remembered. And i mostly feel the mood of certain areas rather than those specific events it's pretty weird, it's like someone removed half of my brain of positive and negative memories and left me with a messy feeling.

I have the same thing. and then they complain about my drug use which is my cope. and it gives me at least a temporary relief. For now I will stop because it exacerbates my symptoms but I have practically no other alternative. And so, strangely enough, when my girlfriend took advantage of me, I got a little better although I don' get laid anyway.

I suffer from an insane ammount of brainfog so I can definitely relate. Sometimes I'll hear or read something, only to forget it seconds later.

However, that none of that seems to apply to all of the times I've been rejected and bullied nor to all the instances where I've embarrassed myself in some way by sperging out. All of those awful memories are still crystal clear and often keep me up at night.
