I keep seeing these posts about what are definitive incel traits, but a big component/ characteristic that I don't see a lot of people talk about is introspection. People who are very introspective, meaning that they are very inside their own head and think about both their mental States and how they are seen by others, tend to be very shy and a recluse. They are neurotic and have bad anxiety when it comes to social settings and overthink interactions they have with people. I definitely am very introspective but in a lot of the negative ways as listed above. I think about how to greet people and how to talk to people. I overthink about how I sound in the cadence of which I speak with. I am very self-aware of how much eye contact I'm giving somebody and try to avoid long periods of eye contact. The can list goes on and on. And I also know for a fact there are many people who are reading this and who are on this forum who have gone through the same experience that I have. I think that this needs to be discussed more because wow this obviously makes life hell for people like us. I still would say that it actually is a positive trait since it allows people to think deeply about the subject or topic. Almost all philosophers pretty introspective people. You would need to be to actually have a coherent and detailed ideology. Nietzsche, Aristotle, Confucius, the list goes on. I think with this current social paradigm we are going to lose out on brilliant minds like this since they will be bred out from existence. It really is a sad thing to behold.
