Just measured myself recently and I could've sworn I was taller, last time I checked was in my last year of college several years ago. I distinctly remember being 177cm, but now I am 173cm and I also remember measuring myself without shoes back then. HOW THE FUCK DOES THAT WORK?!? Am I THAT subhuman that instead of growing I shrank because of my subhuman genetics? I hear men finish height development around the age of 25 at the latest but I've already gone past that threshold years ago, talk about it being fucking over, Jesus Christ Meanwhile my male relatives are all 6ft+ tall with the tallest being 6'3"

How old are you? Humans do get shorter with time, it starts at around 30 years. Our bones lose calcium with age, every single one of our vertebrae gets shorter. It's unavoidable, the best we can do is have a healthy diet and exercise to slow down this process. Try cutting tabacco and alcohol a little and maybe taking some vitamin D pills and eating more stuff with calcium on your diet.
