I will for real go days if not a week or two without looking in any kind of mirror/reflection. I actively avoid it and keep my head down when I go to the grocery store. I started brushing my teeth in the kitchen to avoid staring in the mirror while brushing. I have a short haircut so I don't need to worry about it.
