This game speaks to a lot of us guys, desolate, abandoned in the world, the darkness of our mind dragging us down, 1 step forward, 10 steps back. I'm over 70 hours into the game, there's times were I despise it just like I despise myself. But there's something strangely absorbing about making that perfect delivery as you build connections with each facility.

Initially I despised this chore of a game but I persevered because the world is interesting and I like survival games in general tbh. Only recently I re-engaged with the game as I want to finish it before the sequel, up to chapter 9 so far. Today took the piss, spending several hours retrieving a single fuckin package in hostile snowy mountain territory. I have AC Shadows an spent today attempting this shit.

Repeatedly being captured by those ominous creatures, destroying all my equipment. But the game has me sucked in again trying to max each facility with as much efficiency as possible, utilising traversal at the games disposal. There's so much micro management which can be a cluster fuck and the menu's alone are very convoluted, yet there's something about the game that keeps me playing :whatfeels: .

Smuggle babies to the rich pedophiles the game

So when is the inevitable Kojima twist going to be revealed that this franchise is just a metal gear spinoff about gray fox?

You're probably just an autist.

I have 200 hours in that game on PS4 alone. Someday I'll finish the Director's Cut edition
love the desolation and loneliness of that game

"Control" also has the same type of feeling

Apparently the sequel will focus more on combat and lethal means opposed to the 1st game which was predominantly a walking simulator that punished you for killing someone. I'm looking forward to it on that basis, after I'm done with the 1st game which is a fuckin drag but needs be finished for context.

Playing AC Shadows would have been a bigger waste of time

Dystopia wagie mail man simulator going to buy it on discount for PC
