Toronto is a nut case city. They have given a license to femoids there that they can do blowjobs on infant boys and no one can label such women as pedophiles because this would result in defamation suits, even though having sex with a baby is pedophilia.
Toronto women don't like men, but they would hook up with an Alpha Chad to make a child pornography ring, have sex with infants, and get taxpayer counselling for free.

In all, investigators discovered 25,066 child pornography images on more than 50 electronic devices when they executed a search warrant on April 25, 2016, including 111 child porn movies.
So, she enjoys sexual acts with children, but because the part she likes about molesting children is the humiliation, she isn't really a pedophile. She specifically prefers sex with children, but because of her reason for preferring such, she isn't a dangerous offender or risk to do it again.
