This is not about guns, before you gun enthusiasts begin yapping in the comments.
1. Muay thai - You can pretty much do anything and do some serious damage to people
2. Jiu jitsu - except guard pullers, guard pullers have the mentality of a foid unless you absolutely have to pull guard, you can break someone's leg and teach them a lesson.
3. Boxing - This is good if you just want to defend yourself and it can supplement muay thai
4. Wrestling - Wrestling can do some damage especially if you are on the streets and suplex someone on the cement
