Generally speaking I think men are better at games yeah. However... there are some gameplay mechanics that at least some women do well at.

I know a girl who is way worse at FPS games than me but way better at hack n slash.

She's good when it comes to keeping track of lots of buttons and combinations, I think.

All the confirmed women who play Ragnarok in the server I play are pretty bad as well. I think they simply aren't as competitive/interested in actually playing the game as men, they enjoy the social aspect of it more.
