Story today i throw a chair at my sergeant and could have been in prison now

i really am pissed off and had extreme tendencies to hurt people for the past couple of weeks
actually since 18 i felt like this most of the times, i became quite violent by doing lots of vandalism and had some few fights with others
luckily i wasn't caught even once by police for causing disruption in the public areas

the place where i work where they were trash talking on me for being a khhv and they were seriously considering that i'm a gay faggot and even reported to a higher up such as lieutenant.
so when this incident took place i was sorting out the reserve troops and while i was not bothering anyone and doing my job, the sergeant suddenly came up behind my chair and started kicking it, for the first few kicks i just took it as he does it all the time but then he just kept on kicking it as if he was asking for a fight, so i just fucking clicked and fucking throw the chair and hitting his upper body. he could've hit me back but he knew the consequences too well as he will be released from the army very soon. anyways, he report that to the lieutenant and i ended up having my personal holiday reducted by 3days
normally it ends up with a lawsuit plus military punishment but i guess the sergeant didn't want to get in trouble as his days are almost up.

i am now just over a month into this adminstrator job and i already have had a fight and was forced to meet a psychiatrist, and there is still more than a year left. just fucking fuck this shit world

don't do stupid shit like me esp if you're in the army now from anywhere as the law will be much harsher compared to civillians
