I cycled for 20 km, did manual labour helping my grandma with moving a giant pile of wood from one place to another and putting a giant pile of rotten grass on the bases of olives as a fertiliser. I also ate nothing but healthy food today. I am doing this to drop from 22% bf to 15% bf or below. Tomorrow, I will also cycle for 20 km, and on Monday, I will start doing Stronglifts 5x5 in my home gym.
