Yep, they never have a currycel or ricecel do these things.
I know this from years and years of experience here in the SF bay area.
In one part of society you have the educated and wealthy white anglos and asians. They control all of the wealth and are exclusionary. They hold jobs in finance, law firms, and big tech. They spend extravagantly on brunches and on fancy cocktails at fancy bar lounges. They have exclusive reserved events at venues. They are clique-ish and look down on you if you don't have status with a job in big tech, finance, or law. They do not like ghetto blacks and brownies at their bars or restaurants except as servers. Inclusion includes not only race but also class but they will never ever accept ghetto blacks, browns, or asians in their spaces or circles. The ghetto, blacks, browns, and asians are essentially excluded both socially and economically. Strongly. Ghetto-ized and marginalized.
In the other part of society in the outskirts of mainstream middle to upper class white anglo society, you have the majority minority areas. Indians are mixed in with Latinos, Blacks, lower middle class Whites, Middle eastern refugees, Russian immigrants, Southeast Asians, Chinese, and Filipinos. These groups still live segregated in their particular neighborhoods but share other public spaces and interact with each other. These people are all mixed in and aren't exclusionary. You do not get this strong sense of exclusion like you do in the wealthy majority white anglo areas.
If you're not a tall, high status, and good looking man of color in the white anglo areas, thats been "cleared" and accepted by them, get ready to get excluded and be constantly mistaken for an uber driver, server, or delivery person. The strong sense of exclusion and dirty looks from people especially the foids in the mainstream white anglo areas was unbearable to me. Including from the educated and well-to-do, white worshipping foids of color in these areas.
