- clean diet of no sugar, little carbs, meat, and fruit.
- no alchohol consumption
- not fapping but once every 5 to 6 days
- not smoking
- sleeping well
- lowered stress

Only thing im not incorporating is gym.

carbohydrates are importants to testosterone, this is because there is a protein called "SHBG", this protein binds to testosterone and make it useless because does not allow the hormone enter in the receptor.The SHBG protein is regulated by insulin production because both are synthesized in the liver,when insulin is high,SHBG is low and vice versa. So in conclusion, you need to eat a lot of carbs to reduce SHBG and in this way increase the bioavailability of testosterone.
