As we know, these are the Dark Times and the War Times on the path to nowhere but this doesn't mean we can't get a good nights sleep. In return for learning about the Blackpill, NoFap and NoPorn I want to say thank you and I hope this series of tips will be of some use to someone.

1. Wear a sleep mask

2. Wear noise cancelling headphones. I use Bose QC25 but these are sadly discontinued. Many other brands and models are available.

3. Marpac Dohm White Noise Machine. (Note for poorcels: YouTube hold ten hour recordings of the Marpac Dohm). The Dohm is useful to block out daytime noises.

4. Of possible interest. Listen to David Icke on bitchute.com. After listening to five minutes of his disjointed rants I often fall asleep.

On a night I first fit the sleep mask then the headpones. The Marpac I leave running 24x7 behind the bedroom door.

Tape your mouth during sleep, no joke

Or kill your upstair neighbors who do jumping jacks at fucking 2am (in MC)

also tape your nose shut when you do this OP, just trust me bro.
In fact, there are many downsides of mouth breathing. One study published in December 2013 in the journal Neuroreport found that mouth breathing can lead to high blood pressure, heart problems, and sleep apnea. Mouth breathing also worsens asthma, may cause cognitive dysfunction, and deprives the heart, brain, and other organs of optimal oxygenation. (Not to mention divorce caused by murmuring secrets in your sleep!)

According to Steven Y. Park, MD, ENT specialist in New York City and author of Sleep, Interrupted: A Physician Reveals The #1 Reason Why So Many of Us Are Sick and Tired, breathing through your mouth can also increase your stress responses. And needless to say, more stress equals less sleep.

“Not only does mouth breathing reduce the quality of your sleep, but it disrupts the balance of your oral microbiome and makes you more prone to tooth decay,” says Burhenne, who believes mouth breathing is the number one cause of cavities — even ahead of eating a thousand chocolate chip cookies and not brushing your teeth.

Compare that with the cost and long list of dangerous side effects associated with sleep aids like Ambien or melatonin, and mouth taping starts to seem like a pretty good deal. I’ll take a little stickiness around the mouth and being one dollar poorer any day.

Drink piss to hydrate yourself too.

Interesting. Many thanks. This site has some top quality knowledge. What sort of tape do you use?

Good post bro never heard of Dohm before

They make chin straps that keep your mouth closed. Losing weight also helps.

No, then my thoughts are free to torment me. I need to play music to fall asleep.

I just use normal duct tape, if you wear a beard it may won't stick to your lips/skin and you need a stronger one. A good thing is that you're awake once your alarm rings and you have to pull it off.

I'd say mouth taping is only worth if you have braething problems, jaw problems or are a general mouth breather though. Way more important for a quality sleep is not using a screen for 1-2 hours before you sleep. Glycine is also very nice. I don't feel more rested if I use it but the dreams can be fucking intense. Generally read this for how to sleepmaxx:
