Minus sleep & school waht has been something u spent most of ur life doing and u regret?

Mine is video games. WoW & CS 1.6 was literally something i did from the moment i woke up till i went to sleep. If I never played I think I would have ascended. Maybe the "Virgin Walk" is formed thru video games? I can't imagine an incel whos played sports his life develop the virgin walk.
