Anyone can relate? Since around 1,5 years already i developed a tiktok addiction. In my free time, bored time at work or public transport i use it constantly it gives me some dopamine rush because it delivers entertainment but also short information about certain topics that interest me. Im not sure if this will fuck up my brain completely in couple of years if i dont quit.
I just dont know what else i should dontonfill in the time gaps, it seems boring just to not look on my phone and scroll rather than just sitting and having to confront my inner thoughts.
My scrren time per day sometimes is 12 hours, im really an internet addict.
I want to improve my life and become better but its just so addictive and i dont know where to start if i want to actually do something productive like start a business or whatever.
