Those who don't know the darkness seem like children to me

Running around, getting excited for whatever netflix series, living their happy carefree lives, with their problems mainly boiling down to whether they can keep getting happier. Apparently never suicidal or driven to self-destruction. I don't hate them, but it can't take them seriously. They'd collapse after a single day of my(and probably your) reality. Am I jealous, idk probably. But still I feel like my perception of the world is closer to reality and not based on illusion and whistling in the dark

i was going through facebook,seeing if i could find pictures of my oneitis,and i accidentally stumbled on her brother and the active live 80% of the young people in my parish participate in,and i just wondered,how can someones life be this perfect.it also kind of put me off my oneitis, as i had no idea just how big her circle of people really were.sure i didn't see her in the pictures,and they just hang around with her brothers and sisters,but it's only a matter of time before she becomes part of that circle.man i never really had a chance with her,
