I'm pretty sure Kurzegazt is a jewish psy-op designed to infiltrate white reasoning by appearing as a friendly and well researched authority on various subjects.

They misplayed their hand with a video about the refugee crisis and how we all have to let them in, but they did it too soon and got shat on, then hurriedly tried to retract it with an apology video.

I can't wait for their video on Israel vs Palestine.

In a nutshell: We will do videos about whatever we feel like and will continue to do so. The point of this channel is whatever we decide what it is. Today it was about taking a stance on the topic of refugees in Europe.
This is not the topic to present "both sides". Whatever this is supposed to mean in this context. Europe is basically the richest, most developed region on earth – that we let people die because politicans use the crisis as an opportunity to cater to fear and xenophobia, which is shameful. Muslim immigrants (and refugees) won't take over our culture, the body of evidence clearly points to that. Presenting "both sides" would be like inviting climate change deniers to a climate conference. We are better than this – I geniunly belive that. Sure, it will require effort to make this integration happen – but as we stated in our "Is war over video" the world is slowly, very slowly getting better. We, especially our generation can be a part of this process or we can slow it down even more. Kurzgesagt is pro progress on any level – including developing a society where letting people drown is not considered acceptable out of fear.

The reason for this proposal is that marking our calendar based upon the beginning of Christianity is a fairly arbitrary zero year, given how many people in the world aren't Christian. Plus, having a great swatch of history marked by the calendar-running-backwards "B.C." scale is confusing and unnecessary. So Philipp Dettmer and his friends at Kurzgesagt have suggested a new scale, and one that conveniently would only require the addition of a "1" at the beginning of our current year.
