They can mimic/emulate male emotions, but they themselves seem to not feel it. Like an actor (actress).

It's strange really. I was used to think that they are "emotional" and men are "rational".
Some people told me that "women are not rational, their brains are wired to think with emotion/passion/feelings".

But now that I am seeing them as actors, it actually makes sense why they over react all the time, and other times them seem like they feel nothing at all. They don't actually feel the emotions, so they don't know what is the proper/correct amount of emotion to show.

So something bad happens to them, the thing is trivial, but they want attention and validation. How to get it? Over react.
Cry. Scream. Someone else surely will solve the problem, meanwhile she reaps the attention/validation.
