I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. The new active users we've seen have been more quality and focused on inceldom instead of whatever race war or politics.

Perhaps it also has to do with the fact that being an "incel" carries such a strong social stigma now that we have been "discovered" by mainstream social discourse and the word itself triggers such strong reactions in people that fewer individuals will admit to themselves that they are incels and so less inclined to join a forum that people undeservedly perceive as being a gathering place for "losers".

We are basically regarded as modern-day lepers by many people.
