Children who love each other
The children who love each other kiss
leaning on the gates of the night
And the passers-by walk by and point fingers at them,
but the children who love each other
are not to be disturbed,
and it's only their shadow
that shivers in the night,
stirring the rage of the passers-by,
their rage, their scorn, their laughs and their envy.

The children who love each other are not to be disturbed,
they are elsewhere, far beyond the night,
far above the day,
basking in the light of their first love.

We will never have this :(

Poems are gay and poets often don't write about crippling loneliness so I can't relate.

Psychology of a loser

I, son of carbon and ammonia,
Monster of darkness and rutilance,
I suffer from the epigenesis of childhood,
The bad influence of the signs of the zodiac.

Very hypochondriac,
This environment causes disgust ...
An eagerness analogous to craving arises in my mouth.
That escapes from the mouth of a heart.

Already the worm - this worker of the ruins -
May the rotten blood of carnage
He eats, and to life in general declares war,

He stalks my eyes to gnaw at them,
And you will leave me only my hair,
In the earth's inorganic coldness!

Augusto dos Anjos

Unhappy addict of blood and lime,
Red fruit of agonizing flesh,
Son of great fruitfulness
From my bronchial neural network,

What fatal embryological power
Destroyed, with the synergy of a giant,
In your infant morphogenesis
My ancestral morphogenesis ?!

Portion of my plastic substance,
In what place will you pass your childhood,
Tragically anonymous, to stinking ?!

Ah! Can you sleep, forgotten fetus,
Pantheistically Dissolved
Na noumenality de não ser!

Augusto dos Anjos
