I consider myself to be a 3.5, roughly. I also have a large head, alien/anime character skull, bald, acne scars and many other flaws. But at least my cheekbones are decent. Well, it could definitely be way worse considering this thread. I really hope that guy can have peace and compensation for his suffering.
