That's cool. I just hope MS embraces the fact that fps are only one of many kinds of multiplayer offense games. The COD shit is fine but I play Garden Warfare 2 and Rocket League because they're just as fun imo. Just as EA in embracing smaller studios who make incredibly engaging platformers we need the same for the fps/battle genre.

Rocket League is fun and what's good is the devs are constantly updating. Check out streams or clips to be sure you'd like it. I hate sports games and got into it instantly. It's pretty engaging.

So far as buying a new PC. I would hold off and here's why. The next gen consoles from Sony and MS are both in mid stages of development. These two are always trying to outdo each other. I love my One S but I admit Microsoft screwed up with lack of exclusives. Even though the few they have like Ori are incredible, incredible games. Sony had the games to sell the system. Within the past few months they've announced tons of new studios and acquisitions of well known studios. That coupled with announcing tons of investment into the games means the next console will have a massive lineup of exclusives. They're serious and it will be interesting to see what happens. Sony should have PS5 out sometimes later next year. Based on the furenrs specs of their flagship X/Pro systems I expect the next gen to make PC strictly optional based on preference and not so much power. The gap will close between the two.

Of course it's your money. I would wait though.... see what happens. VR will have gone mainstream by then. They just nerd the install base for publishers to invest. I prefer console gaming but everyone has their preference.
