Remember when I made this thread about Similarweb statistics on .is and .org, showing the latter now having just 50% more monthly visitors than the former?

This site reached almost 3 million unique visits in May, while looksmax fell to 4.5 million

Well, that didn't stick. According to the statistics for June, .is fell back a bit onto 2.4 million visitors from that 2.9 million point... but Looksmax fell down even harder and continued its freefall, falling down at 3.3 million unique monthly visitors, down from that 4.5 million mentioned in the previous thread, and almost 50% down from 6 million just two months ago in April.

Reminder that there were times when Looksmax had up to three times as many visitors as this forum had, this is probably the closest the two forums were in a year at least, and its definitely the closest in a year at least that .is was to actually overtaking .org.

Forums like this one are a dying breed search engines hide most if not all of them from public eye and now when sites are mentioned by places like IT they often specifically hide the URL and name of the site to avoid giving the forums any traffic
