I can’t help but think about George Floyd and all the protest that happen in 2020 and how the normies should have ended the pandemic right at that time but instead they just did it for social validation and to rob some stuff they wouldn’t buy because it would eat their funds. I started in October putting nearly all my money into a robo-investor, as it's more like a basket of stocks and fixed income/gold that they invest for me passively for a small fee. Low risk low reward, but still much better than the typical savings account overtime. Gains are tax free.

But yeah, might consider setting aside a smaller amount of money to do a bit of short term investing with. Also pretty sure that those gains count as taxable income.

I told soys since day 1 for vaccines I would take them if they can prove to me they work.

For all medicines I have the same standard the FDA uses to approve pharmaceuticals.

Clinical trials which are:

-large scale
-long duration
-computer randomized
-double blinded
-placebo controlled
-hard endpoints.

Then with a sufficient number of events in the clinical trial we can see efficacy or not with statistics, and also with a large scale trial when comparing reported side effects between the drug group and the placebo group we can see with statistics the side effects profile. (the placebo group doesn't know they got placebo or the drug so they report side effects too)

For results I want to see the same as the FDA demands for drugs. >15% improvement in the clinical endpoints & a relatively safe side effects profile. P value <0.0001 for the statistics, and 95% hazard ratio at <1.00.

It might seem extreme my requirements but this is literally the standard applied to all new drugs for approval.


Since the vaccines haven't remotely passed this test.. and since the vaccines appear not to work in the real world by comparing heavily vaccinated areas to areas with low vaccination, I haven't yet seen proof.

That has been my problem with mass child vaccinations too, the core of my argument back in 2015. Until normal clinical trials are done with them I can't say they are safe.

Sometimes drugs like cancer drugs one is willing to take more risks with safety because the population getting it is small and the people taking the drug are screwed anyway without the drug.

But only an idiot would give medicines across their populations without massive testing.
