LDAR There's tons of potential Chads out there but they are hidden under fat/obesity

Just today I saw a Chad emptying my bins. Guy was 6'2 had full stubble coverage, NW1 hair in his early 30s, big frame but had a huge disgusting belly and double chin. What a waste but he ain't fucking Stace or becky.

If such guys gymmaxed they'd be more chads in the population which is a bad thing.

I don't actually know how so many people get fat tbh. being fit isn't something that takes constant effort, just don't eat like a fucking pig. maintaining a bit of regular physical activity (going for a run every day or even just walking around in your room) helps too. I don't exactly "live a healthy lifestyle" but I've stayed skinny (currently have BMI of 21.7) for my entire life just by not eating garbage and occasionally going for walks

But chads can still get laid if fat, so why would they care? He prob wasnt always fat, so would have got positive reinforcement and validation when he was younger so will be NT and confident even now
