Speaking theoretically, it does not cause any harm for it. Foids will always follow their subhuman imperative of hypergamy, no matter what happen to them. Thus, this act doesn't affect how foid will act afterward, therefore it cannot lead to foid start being even more harmful to the state, since foids will always harm it with hypergamy if given opportunity to. On other hand it gives happines and joy for the grapist, who would at best be happy for the state for allowment of it, at worse neutral. If a state would ban it, he will at best be nautral about it, at worse against the state. Somebody could say, that foids relatives could start being against the government that allows it. But for that to happen it would be required for foid to have known relatives at first. If foid from birth would be kept in government found facility, nobody would stand for her. The problem is if in this facility she would have an assigned owner, he could be mad. Thus it's neccessary for state to assign only one foid per human and allow only him to claim his birthright. That's how Marxism-Rodgerism works I don't support it tho, it's just a random thought.
