I think that in the vast majority of couples in the West today one partner had much more sexual experience than the other. It's usually woman but it can also be a man if he's a Chad or a chadlite who used his good looks to fuck tons of women.

Again, as I wrote in simple terms, urban areas are becoming more westernized(see, it is BECOMING a little like the West) which means that in some ways they are getting more liberal socially.
