I'm a single child too but plenty of users here have siblings and still are incels. I think being an only child might increase inceldom chances, but unless your brother is a total Chad who is willing to get you girls then it doesn't help at all.

Plus I grew up with my cousin who's only 3 years older, so I wasn't isolated or anything (at least during childhood, later I had hikikomori periods in my preteen years).
