What is there to even like about myself? My step dad took a photo of me to show me how "terrible" my hair is and first thing I was disgusted by was my face and I didn't give a flying shit about my hair. My physique is pathetic, my height is pathetic, I am low IQ due to my autism and I am on this forum.

Nah, that's propaganda. Autism is strongly associated with lower IQs. And, as I understand it, Aspergers is just a dated term for Autism.
