Like come on dude

been 2 weeks now that i restarted going to the gym and eating quite healthy but my manboobs got even bigger. I think body recomposition is bs or takes like 3 to 5 years yeah sorry i dont have the time for that. I think i'll starve myself for half a year or so and be done with being overweight
dieting or starvemaxxing is much better to lose weight than going to the gym, also keep in mind that the more you complicate it or the more you make it more challenging, the harder it becomes.
I'm 5'9 I went from 83-84 kgs to 68 kgs but it took me like 4-5 months to do so even though I was going through a strict keto diet + gym for a month atleast, then I dropped the gym and completely focused on losing weight.
a low carb intake is preferable, but stay away from keto or carnivore, I'm talking from experience because I tried both, carbs hold water and when you cut them, then go back to your routine you will gain all the weight you lost too quickly, besides the fact that it will be torturous to follow these diets on a defecit, your choice would be a low carb diet, having 50gs of carbs is all that you need.
keep your water intake in check, excessive water intake won't help you lose weight unlike what soycuck redditors would tell you, actually will do the opposite, your stomach will expand with too much water intake and your appetite would increase. keep in mind that athletes actually go through a watercut to drop weight, but when you decide to reduce water intake after having your body holding too much water don't go overboard beyond a week of reduction of intake or a 20 hours of no water, especially in summer/hot weather.
gynecomastia is completely irreversible without surgical intervention, it's a pure result of garbage genetics and not only hormonal imbalance (which can be caused by genetics as well) however you can mitigate it's visibility by cutting or gymmaxxing.
you should keep in mind how much you masturbate, if you do it too much try to reduce it since it causes hormonal spikes think of it like sugar and diabetes, as well as mitigating your phytoestrogen intake (stop eating beans, soy, cashews, certain fruits)
prolactin intake from dairy can also contribute if it's excessive, cutting milk and switching to cheese completely is much better and while cheese does have more hormonal traces it can contribute to less hormonal imbalance since it has a much more superior nutritional value per gram and would fill you up faster than milk with less prolactin or estrogen intake overall. take this with a grain of salt since the first line fix for gyno is surgery and none of this would contribute more than 5%
