The definition of the term "involuntary celibate" differs widely from user to user, as does the term "ascension".

It looks kind of like this.

Does fucking a hooker count? No, that's escortcelling.

Does "unconsensual sex" count? No, knajjd is still a mod, so I'll assume he's still involuntary celibate.

Does doing it with someone you're married to count? @Personalityinkwell argues that it is escortcelling.

In addition to that, some argue that of you're a standardscel, your a volcel. But here's the thing. Aren't we all standardscels, to some extent? While some posters here would say that they would do it with a 300 pound deformed mentally retarded landwhale (a 1/10), I doubt they'd actually be willing to do it in real life. And if they are, they wouldn't be able to get it up.

All of this is just infuriating, and I think we should not be too strict on our interpretation of the term "involuntary celibate".

I propose we have a fixed definition: Any unattractive male (sub 6/10 overall) who has not have had sex, or who has had sex only with a hooker.

This way, we can clear up any misunderstandings about "fakecels" and "volcels".

see this definition sounds ok on paper but I think that if women have done intimate/sexual activities with you (dating, hand holding, kissing etc) then you're at least "in the game" and able to compete with the rest of the male population. you're not totally condemned to involuntarily celibacy. and tbh I just don't feel comfortable around those people and can't relate to them at all
