i haven't showered, brushed my teeth, or shaved in a week and have been wearing the same thing the whole time. pajama bottoms and a band t shirt. i smell like onions. this is true LDAR. I haven't left the house either.

Depression and laziness. I actually got told by my dentist I have great teeth last time I went.
I just drink water, Gatorade and beer for the most part. So i guess I'm just lucky my teeth arent rotting.

You can get away with not showering but I would highly recommend that you brush your teeth. If you don't it will be physically painful for you in the future.

Yeah, I get that. Tons of people have probably told you this and it’s not the most ideal option, but I feel like you could try keeping some of your toiletries (I.e toothbrush, toothpaste, follows, etc) next to where you sleep or spend most of your time so you don’t have to exert that much energy to go do it. Like I know how it feels when you depression keeps you from doing the simplest things, it fucking sucks
This was maybe 5 years ago, I was NEET and went almost 3 weeks without showering, not my proudest moment.

yup like two months ago i got a horrible toothache and started brushing again twice a day and it went away now i gave up again.
Also get antiseptic mouthwash. It helps a lot.
