Taliban Shariah has been proven to be a fiasco: majority of rural Afghanistan still settles marital/etc... disputes in the tribal pashtun way.
That "Islamic" regime is really weak if they're really accepting demands from tribal leaders just to avoid revolt/civil war. Really cucked, tbh. Some other famous organization, on the other hand, most surely they wouldn't allow these things to happen while applying the Islamic Law and its dealing with elder tribal leaders
