[Theory] Rockstar Games is this silent about GTA VI because they are making some serious changes.

I think it is safe to assume that GTA VI has been in development on some scale since 2018. As they wanted to add a female main character to the game, it is also safe to assume they planned to add some of those "Girlboss" or "Woke BS" into it.

But, given how disastrous recent "girlboss" and "strong female character" contents have been, it caused Rockstar games to rethink what they are going to put forward. It is said that they've invested around $2B on this game and it is their biggest one in almost 7 years, no wonder they don't want to take risks with it, if it flops like these other contents, their existence as a company will be in question.

This would explain their silence about any update whatsoever. All we know is that there will be two playable characters, Jason and Lucia, and the game will take place in Vice City, that's it. If they plan to release it this year, even if it is 31 December, we should get some more updates about the game by now. Such radio silence could only mean a thing that they are making drastic changes and for this, they can't present anything more about this game even in this moment. I won't be surprised if it gets delayed by a year or two.

It's too late to change that. They are changing how we play Lucia. They are probably giving her comparatively more traditional roles, if we can call that, and eliminating woke messaging as much as they can. Also probably making changes in the storyline.

Exactly. It's too big to flop. Besides, Red Dead 2 was woke and was beloved. GTA has always had woke elements such as defending a tranny in 4. They removed being able to kill troons in the ports for 5.

I will be downloading spiderman/shrek player model mod day one and not play a single mission and just drive around the open world and then uninstall this shit after a couple of hours. Ofc game will be pirated and not bought just like dogshit rdr2 and rdr1 (it was alright)
