Penis stretching and clamping does work for both size and girth. I went from 6.2 to 7.1 and 4.8 to 5.0 in a year. Average 20 minutes of stretching or clamping a day. Some dudes that take it to the extreme (hours of work per day) have gone from 6 to 10 inches in 6-8 years

Idk who that is but it’s been just fine for Me. Only side effect has been temporary redness to my skin which goes away in an hour tops. But I never stay clamped longer than 5 minutes and I use plenty of padding or rag or sock to not pinch my skin in the clamp

Yes just do manual stretching 30 mins a day 4-5 days a week. You could get there in 9 months I think it’s easier to gain if you start with a larger dick as there is more material to stretch out
