Over the years, the workplace for the average person in a pre-industrial society (U.S.A/Europe) was pretty cool. They were self-sufficient, didn't need to pay rent if they built the homes themselves, didn't to worry about financial obligations besides taxes, and only worked a few hours a day. Not counting if you were a serf, (slave) but for anyone whose a peasant/commoner.

But then the Industrial Revolution and Urbanization happened and fucked it all up. Before Henry Ford and unions kicked in, people were worked 10-12 hours a day with no breaks or days off. Which already marked the beginning of the end for humanity. But since everyone is packed like rats, the value of labor is saturated and so people have to work longer hours. Machines make your job easier, so you're expected to work longer hours as your value as a worker is reduced. See where I'm going? You're being worked to death.

In addition to working to death, the workplace is incredibly toxic and uncaring. Normies who work full-time so they settle in and get comfortable at their workplace. They have little time to themselves to make friends and find partners, so they mix business and pleasure or at least try to.

Now your workplace is full of overworked normies, or weirdos who take the most asocial positions possible. So it will be very volatile. Your bosses are fucking shitheads (Peter Principle) and they will take it out on you, and management/HR will simply suck.

It's like wearing a suit and bringing a briefcase to a kindergarten class, with how moronic and immature the workplace is.


My advice to you as an incel to an incel, is to never work unless you're making a boatload of cash.

Find a passive income, stocks, crypto, get NEETbux, or live with your parents as long as you can. Working isn't worth it anymore.

In exchange for their protection, serfs had duties and money to give to the lord.

I went to the exact same conclusion two years ago and became a full-time NEET. No regrets for my shitty "work". Endless hours spent making someone else's dream come true. No reward, no new skill, treated like trash, paid like shit, but most of all... no woman at home when the day is over. And nobody cares about you working hard. You meet nobody but male morons who randomly decide to bully you and you can't say anything because "it wouldn't represent the company's values". So imagine when I told this foid that "I couldn't get a brand new computer for her out of my ass".
