The word "incel" is used to describe any man who doesn't adhere to society's standards just like the word nerd. Remember when video games were considered for nerds? Now video games are considered hip and trendy; Esports, Fortnite, etc. Eventually society will start noticing Incels going mainstream and realizing that they are now a force, united together and society will be that bully at the playground who tries to give you a high-five. That metaphorical high-five will be expressed as "Poor Incels!", "How could this of happened?!!" And when they give that high-five I'll tell them no.
