Seriously going into the wild is therapeutic if you can find a place without people. It's just you and nature alone without anyone to judge you. A bear doesn't give 2 shits if you're a Stacy or some incel. Bonus points if you find hallucinogenic mushrooms.

[Letting Go]

Getting out in nature is one of my favorite copes. Alas, I live in an incredibly crowded part of the country where even the so-called "wilderness areas" are usually full of people. I usually have to drive 6-8 hours south of here to get prolonged solitude.
