im basing this off experience before i started fapping. before i started fapping IS nofap. on prefap(which is the same as nofap) i got hugged by a foid and hand held by a foid and got more attention and IOIs. then when i started stroking my dragon all of a sudden foids are repulsed by me and never talk to me. not to mention that i noticed myself completely degrading physically, mentally and socially.
