Up or out - Wikipedia
While most people here are losers, there still are some copers who can careermaxx.
Up or Out is a system used in elite companies such as Top Consulting Firms,Law Firms, Investment Banks etc.
Basically its like a school. After graduation from uni, you join one of these firms as a graduate. You will be joined by 20 or more other top graduates just like yourself. You are basically a class. And just like school, every 1-2 years you all will be expected to jump to the next rank.
The problem is unlike school there are limited places at the next rank. This means a bunch of you will have to not make it to the next rank and will be asked to leave the firm. Unlike normal companies which allows even the biggest morons to stay for over 20 years, in these firms mediocrity is not tolerated which is why you be forced to leave. That way only the strongest and most devoted will go from Analyst to Managing Director/Partner.
Now why am I telling you about an elite system that 99% of us will never see?
Its because this elite system applies to all of us now. The good old system where we can lead a mediocre but chilled life for 20 years is fading away.
Thanks to Hypergamy, Foids are one of the biggest perpetrators of the "Up or Out" System.
Think about it. You're expected to achieve so much at certain ages just to be a viable mate.
Lets pick Chad for example
In Primary School, Chad already demonstrates leadership and alpha qualities as the popular one amongst the group.
By Junior High, Chad is already has had some degree of sexual experience with foids. He also already racked up achievements like being on the school's football team.
By High School, Chad has already had 3 ex girlfriends and many more sidechicks. He is made captain of the football team and has already secured a Football Scholarship to a top University. Peers vote him as most likely to succeed from our year.
By University, Chad has banged so many chicks, he gets sort of bored. He was invited to many frats due to his status as an College Athlete. Due to his connections and him impressing many, he has multiple internships to some of the finest companies. Upon finishing his summer internship, because he was so popular with the people there, he was instantly given a graduate job after after finishing uni. That means his final year, he is free to bang more chicks and do outrageous adventures while nerds have to study.
Then in his job, he continues being popular and rises up the promotion ranks very fast. Before 30 he's already vice president. He then gets married to some virgin stacy that somehow only knew him. Billions of people from across the globe attend his wedding.
And so forth....
As you can see each stage above is a milestone. The "Up or Out" system demands that you meet the benchmarks expected of your peers at each milestone. If you fail to meet it, the system wants you to leave. You failed to go up to the next rank. You're a failure.
In the old days of natural selection it means we would be dead.
But you see we can't leave thanks to modern medicine.. We are failures who failed to make the grade. So while we cannot leave earth, society will constantly remind us that we are failures.
Thats why you feel so angry at this world. You already failed by stage 1 or 2!!!!!! According to the system, you're such massive defect who couldn't pass the first rank! You're already 20-30 and you failed to pass something many have passed at only 14!!!!
Ironically you would think this system applies to foids. But the more power we give them, the less this system applies to them. In fact only mother nature keeps them nerfed thanks to the wall and age limits of pregnancy. Otherwise they could get away with anything.
