If you're a fatcel (fatcel means having FAT on your waist and not having visible abs, not just being over a certain weight) or an unhealthy-cel, here's the ultimate diet, I should say that it's an extreme and idealistic approach so most people cannot and will not follow it
The best diet (as in the changes you should make to your overall lifestyle) is mostly about NOT eating at all, than it is about what you should eat, this might sound strange but you'll understand by the end of this post
# First I'm going to explain the mental aspects of it, then the technical stuff
You need to realize that "food" as we know it today is a DRUG, it works the same way as any other drug, except that you can buy it at grocery stores and restaurants, the entire food industry and food culture is a promotion of poisonous DRUGS, a tiny bite of a cookie is poison, no matter how much it's normalized
You must accept that you're an addict and the only permanent solution is to give up on the drug that is "eating" and "food" altogether, you can't moderately take drugs, you can't live a healthy normal life while moderately taking Meth, and how & what we eat today is no different than drugs, "food" is physically, mentally and spiritually a drug and any amount of it corrupts the body, mind and soul
The ways food is a drug:
1- ANY good "taste" is a drug and releases hormones similar to drugs in the brain, you can get addicted to tastes alone, food isn't supposed to taste good, it's only supposed to not taste bad, NOTHING that early humans ate tasted as good and exciting as any of the foods we have today
2- The digestive system is your second brain, it has more neurons than your brain, it has senses and feelings, you can get addicted to digestive pleasures and sensations as well, that's why we like spicy food, dairy and easy-to-digest slop
3- And lastly your body and brain gets addicted to exogenous glucose and chemicals, we're not meant to live off of exogenous glucose, I'll explain this later
We must let go off of all oral, digestive and chemical pleasures in order to have a truly healthy PRIME human diet
You should view any substance intake (I won't call it food) as serving ONLY 2 purposes:
1- Recharging your internal battery (liver and fat storage) only as much as necessary
2- Materials needed for creating and maintaining structure (muscle, bone, blood, ...)
If anything or any part of what you ingest does something more than these two, it's a WASTE at best and a DRUG at worst
# Now for the technical stuff
The most important thing is fasting, like previously mentioned, the mindset should be not eating at all and giving up on the modern idea of food, not waiting for your next meal or coming up with ideas on how to make your "healthy" food tastier
What do I mean by fasting? it simply means not eating the entire 24 hours of the day except for ONE meal that does the 2 purposes of recharging your internal battery and providing structural materials and nothing more, it should also be as tasteless as possible to fix the tatse aspect of food addiction
Why fast and not distribute intake throughout the day? because we're not meant to operate directly on exogenous energy, we're meant to eat food, store its energy, and then use the stored energy in real time, like how the hardware of your phone as a portable entity is supposed use the energy from battery and not directly from the charger, you're supposed to get your energy from your liver and fat storage, if you directly use food energy for most of the day your liver won't work enough and you'll get fat --> fatty liver --> insulin resistance --> prediabetes --> diabetes and complete metabolic fuck up
The symptoms of hypoglycemia (fatigue, headache, depression, dread, restlessness, rage, demoralization, lack of focus and clarity, etc) you feel in the first few days of fasting are signs of sickness and withdrawal, it will be fixed but not by eating, your internal battery must start working
Exogenous glucose also rapidly increases your insulin which is the hungry sweet tooth fatass hormone, because of that, this "extreme" method might even be easier than a "moderate" approach just like how taking no meth is easier than "moderately" taking meth
Hence you should not eat anything at all for MOST of the day and even when you do eat your one big meal, the content shouldn't increase your exogenous blood sugar so that your body continues to use your internal battery like it should
Snacking is unhealthy, just one big meal, only people who do excessive physical activity or desire noticeable muscle growth should eat more than one meal, because the internal battery amperage might not be enough for them (but at that point dieting isn't the main point)
Next I'll explain what the meal should be:
- It should contain minimum carbohydrates, because carbs increase your exogenous blood sugar the most, also there's no such thing as "essential" carb, all carb is used purely for energy, you should probably still take some since it's harder to get calories from fats and proteins (and you MUST take enough calories, I'll explain why later)
Potatoes, brown rice and some nuts are preferred to anything grain (gluten is bad)
- It should contain ZERO sugar to prevent glucose spike, this excludes a lot of food that may not seem to contain sugar at first: Most fruits (the vitamin and fiber is good, but modern fruit is too sugary to be worth it), Milk (lactose), Most yogurts and cheese (added sugar), any sauce you don't make at home, etc
- Protein: it's just meat tbh, other sources of protein are mostly cope, plant proteins are hard to digest and come within copious amounts of carbs, almost all unprocessed meat is good
- Fat: Olive oil and animal fat, seed oil also isn't as bad as some people say, still better than carbs
Eggs are great and contain all 3
- Some vitamin/mineral supplements are good
The calorie count is your responsibility, I only say the rules, also:
- Don't drink any fluid from 1 hr before meal until 1 hr after to not disrupt digestion
- Drink water throughout the day, especially 1 glass an hour before meal and 1hr before sleep
- Black coffee, bland tea with no additives, and some 0 calorie solid food (pickle, 0 cal salad, green leaves) might be ok during the day
- Eat as tasteless as possible and cut all spices, but do eat salt because it's necessary, although I doubt you'll need extra salt than what's in your meal normally
- The best time for your meal is afternoon, and at least 3 hours before sleep
# Now explaining why you SHOULD get enough calories and not be in a huge calorie deficit:
- Since you only eat one meal, not all the calorie is absorbed as efficiently as eating throughout the day, also your internal battery is sick and broken after years of being a fatass and it takes a while until it starts running again
- If you're fat, theoretically you should be able to not take any calories and taking only essential nutrients should be enough, but human bodies have this thing called starvation mode which activates after you get 0 or very low calories for a few days, your metabolic rate completely crashes so you may survive the duration of starvation (Indian genetics), if you enter this mode, it'll take months of overeating and gaining back fat to get back to normal mode and even then your hormones are still fucked up, so you should be very careful to not enter starvation mode
Although I should mention it takes a few days of starvation for this to happen, so if there's enough calories in your one meal, 23 something hours of not eating will be okay, also it won't happen in a moment and you'll feel it coming beforehand, some people might still be energic under a big calorie deficit, depends on you
This is hard ngl, I personally don't have the mental strength to do it atm, it's a path of pain and fire, but it is the way
