For what crimes will probation supervision be assigned?
Probation supervision as a type of criminal punishment is generally prescribed in more than 140 articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In particular, it can be appointed under the following articles:
Art. 111-1. Collaboration activities
Art. 124. Causing grievous bodily harm (in self-defense or arrest)
Art. 125. Minor bodily injury
Art. 126. Beatings and torture
Art. 126-1. Domestic violence
Art. 129. Death threats
Art. 130. Infection with HIV or other incurable disease
Art. 133. Infection with a venereal disease
Art. 144. Forced donation
Art. 150. Child exploitation
Art. 151-2. Forced marriage
Art. 154. Forced sexual intercourse
Art. 162. Illegal entry into housing
Art. 164. Evasion of alimony payments
Art. 185. Theft
