So, I’m in the high school locker room after gym class, just putting on some cologne like I always do, and Chad calls me gay for it. Like, seriously? I’m just taking care of myself, but apparently that’s “gay” in his eyes. If it was some ugly guy saying the same thing, girls would call him out for being “homophobic” and “expressing toxic masculinity,” but because it’s Chad, nobody cares. Halo effect moment. Also, Chad doesn’t need cologne. Girls still found him attractive despite being smelly.
