If someone has something that you want you are never going to like that. It's not fun when someone has something that you want. So the solution is not to become happy for those people. That's not going to work. That's impossible. So what's the solution? Focus on something else. If you focus on the unpleasant fact that someone has what you want you will be miserable. Instead focus on this question "How can I get what I want?"
