By inceldom I mean the actual perpetual single life with no romantic sexual experiences, not the ideological blackpill community of self-declared incels which is still very marginal among the men who are in this situation.
The single men who have had no real intimate experience with women don't have many negative experiences with them either. While rejection may be a negative experience in itself, I'm thinking more about the negative experiences people have in actual relationships with women. Incels (including incels in denial) never had those. They never had to deal with constantly arguing with their girlfriend/wife and weren't exposed to manipulation and lying from women on a constant basis. They weren't cheated, they didn't have to put up with annoying day-to-day behavior of some woman etc.
So what happens with these men is that they either start idealizing women or hating them. I think the former is much more common in the West.

He told me he has a colleague from work who is a self-declared male feminist who goes to all kinds of leftist meetings, supports all the ideological precepts of the liberal left, supports anything related to "women's rights" etc. Needless to say, this "man" is a 26-year-old virgin. This friend of mine even explicitely told him "You only need one bad experience with a woman and you will drop this ideology" and alluded to the fact that this guy has zero experience with women and that this is the cause of his feminism.
The "men" like this 26-year-old virgin idealize women because for them, women are some god-like unattainable mythical creatures. The more they are distant from them, the more they can attribute noble qualities to them. For them, even some slight validation from women like giving them a like for defending them online or being friendly to them on feminist meetings is enough to keep them going. They are total simps, wusses. They have no dignity and no self-respect and this Western society didn't give them a purpose as men either, neither were they raised in a religion to worship God and follow Christian religious morals (which at its core are very anti-feminist and the Bible warns about women numerous times). So they started worshiping idols and became part of this pagan cult of women and receive validation from it in the form of being complimented for being good loyal simps, for being good tamed servants who are standing up for everything Good and Worthy in this society unlike the evil inkels who dare to oppose Western social norms and idols.
In this sense, these "men" mostly get positive experiences from women since they deluded themselves that women don't owe them sexual relationships anyway. Because they don't get these relationships, they don't get the inevitable negative experiences from them.
In Catholicism, one of the arguments for priestly celibacy was that a celibate priest would be more neutral when it comes to giving advice about marriage since he would not be affected by "anti-women" bias that married men have because they have to deal with their wives. Modern involuntary celibates also lack this, but because they're involuntary things get more emotionally charged and they either start idolizing women or hating them because they have to create some sort of self-perception and reason as to why they're celibate. So they either blame women/society or themselves. The ones who do the latter become male feminists of some sort.
Even if those male feminists do end up in marriages one day, their personality has already been formed because they were virgins and celibate in their formative years when they were roughly 15-30 years old. The years when they worshiped women as noble creatures who can't do anything wrong. They will enter relationships with women as total simps, in a totally submissive and subservient role and thus the literal cucks are made.
