That you got fucked, hard. Social anxiety is not just something you can get over. You will never be able to do the things most people do without feeling some sort of anxiety. You will never be normal. You will always be like a stray dog with a limp. Your life will be far less enjoyable: you will have less memorable experiences, you'll be less likely to make money and, if you're a man, less likely to find a partner - even if you reach normie tier.

The worst shit is the glorification of it in popular culture, how chads and foids claim how “quirky” and “shy” they were during their teenage years yet they’ve had multiple circles of friends throughout their entire life and ascended before high school.

Brutal; although Chadlites and above with genetic traits for social anxiety or autism are not affected as much, due to constant positive reinforcement and a strong social circle from the start. :feelsclown:

Trucels don’t have friends. :blackpill:

Ya its just genetic and in most areas modern medicine is about as good as the vaccine was in Covid.. aka it doesn't do anything.

There is no way to 'change your thoughts' to not have anxiety. I've never once heard of a person who used to have social anxiety but now is calm and normal.

I think social anxiety is genetic. All those people claiming that it can be cured are just typical internet scammers selling a course to vulnerable, desperate people, and all the people claiming to have cured their social anxiety never had it in the first place and were probably just shy.

There's never been a time that I didn't have some level of social anxiety, even when I was a kid. It's like there's an organ in the brain that enables humans to socialize with each other and I was just born without it. The best I can do is try to mimmick having that organ by using my brain, but it will never be the same as having that organ.

i don't think i'm socially anxious

Well, It's entirely impossible to determine whether your anxiety will ever truly resolve, It's a condition that requires you to try to the best of your ability to change your perception of the situation's that trigger your anxiety, It's certainly not a condition that I would personally consider easy to resolve. There's going to be many times when the anxiety affects your over-all thinking to such a degree that you may even become frightened and terrified so much that it could significantly affect your quality of life and perhaps trigger depressive thoughts, It can also worsen in many cases depending on the situation. Over-all, although "Social Anxiety Disorder" may be a very depressing condition that can often cause you to be extremely paranoid and frightened and although it can be a very difficult and to handle and can last for a very long duration of time, the outcome depends on how you decide to manage the problem.

"Social Anxiety Disorder" Actually, "Generalized Anxiety Disorder" would be appropriate as social anxiety is a form of the disorder itself.

"I'm actually getting over it" Don't misinterpret this statement as aggression however, different people have are each affected to a different degree by "Anxiety" and have different causes, simply because one person may have their "cause" and "effect" well controlled doesn't necessarily mean someone else will their "problem" controlled as well as the other person, self-initiative is certainly vital, however.

After I got augmented some things went wrong at first but then it started to help my social anxiety a little. It’s so hard to explain to someone who doesn’t understand the tech.

if u think social anxiety is bad, try having generalized anxiety and panic disorder...
