I was born into a muslim family and only recently started thinking of the benefits it has for inceldom. There are many reasons I believe that it is real, theological, spiritual, etc, but I am on an incel forum and trying to appeal to that rather than straight up trying to preach it with theological and spiritual arguments.

Fasting is required only during ramadan and it's not really hard to do, many non muslims do water fasting once in a while.
To pray just memorize surah fatiha even if you don't understand what it means and recite it on your head while praying.
