Religious people suffer from egoism. They think that in the grand scale of the universe human beings are somehow the most important. That we aren't animals. We are animals. We are bound by our impulses, emotional triggers, and base desires such as lust greed envy and hunger.

humans will always find a way to personify themselves and symbolize everything they see. It's human nature to treat everything like some sort of art, but reality is much more boring and disordered than that.

High IQ, but art is still a good cope.

I think it's cope to deny that we aren't in some way(s) different from all other animals.

But human beings still are highly tied to animalistic traits such as tribalistic behavior.
