In most animated movies the heroes are potrayed as attractive and the villiains as ugly. Would it be Scar from The Lion Kling, Jafar from Aladdin, Ursula from The Little Mermaid etc.
To the opposite the heroes are always very attractive (with the exception of quasimodo which im pretty sure they creators of these movies added just to save their own skin) Ariel, Pocahontas, Cinderalla, etc.
Already as childrten it is told to us that ugy=evil and pretty=good. As childern are very susceptible to this kind of propaganda they act out on their not good-looking pears.
i would say that the potrayal of ugly people in animated movies plays a par in why ugly people were and are being treated so horribly by their pears in the past several decades.

You're not wrong there, but Scar would be a Chad ngl.

Halo effect in action tbh. this is an animator's interpretation of what a hero and what a villian should look like

Yeah, I have noticed this too. In anime, the hero is often attractive, composed, intelligent, etc., whereas the villain is often unattractive, irrational, has the mannerisms stereotypical (in anime) of someone with mental illness, etc. However, in Japanese fiction, including anime, manga, VNs, etc., there's more diversity of heroes and villains than in western fiction. It's not uncommon for the MC to be physically or mentally weak, and canonly around average attractiveness; compared to western media, where almost every hero is extremely attractive and is an example of extremity in many other traits.

10/10 chad fucking savage ethnic women

it's been that way forever, in ancient times ugly people were considered to be naturally evil, which is why god made them unpleasant to look at

yeah they are all ugly. I cant believe people still deny lookism. Also villians have dark eyes too.

He definitely didn't used to be a Chad in the original.
I'm talking about his appearance and his face/looks. Scar has Hunter Eyes, a long nose and good jawline.

Just be a lion, bro.

I'm no male rater, but isn't Jafar more attractive than Aladdin in the 2019 live action?

There's Quasimodo I suppose. Though Esmerelda did massively cuck him at the end of the film for the Chad Phoebeus

Just be a virtuous hero theory.
